Unfortunately, there is not just transparency issues but no help whatsoever. When my first article did very well and the second article was not allowed to be published and I was getting the dreaded 404 message, I reached out to them. Only crickets... Now I'm focusing on writing for other platforms/journals where professional communication is paramount. This makes me sad because the very notion of Medium is wonderful for writers. Now if only they can fix their issues...
